PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and convenient scissors safely and conveniently used even by an infant and the disabled and avoiding danger against the infant caused by leaving them. SOLUTION: The scissors are so formed that protection cover covers over both blades of the scissors, a clearance part for cutting an object to be cut is provided, a guide part smoothly feeding the cutting object passing through the clearance part is provided and the object to be cut after the cutting is prevented from abutting on the root parts of bow handle parts. The scissors are so formed that the tips of the protection cover clamp the object to be cut and the object to be cut are made to straight cut to a target.
