There is provided a highly safe information processing system capable of providing semantic information useful for each individual and/or information related to the semantic information by effectively utilizing the difference in the base sequence information between individuals. The system includes: step "a" for acquiring position information indicating a position in the base sequence according to an article and/or service request; and step "b" for deciding whether to transmit the base sequence-related information corresponding to the position information acquired in step "a" according to flag information correlated to the position information to be used to decide whether to transmit the base sequence-related information correlated to the position information indicating a position in the base sequence.
