Spiral guider-cleaner rubber roller mounted as covering by a special machine for mounting and dismounting. The ruber roller is fasten as a covering to a metal roller by precision overlap within the limits from 0,5 mm up to 2 mm that depends on the diameter of the metal roller, without any additional element for splicing (like glue, dowel, ...). One left spiral and one right spiral rubber roller makes up one spiral guider-cleaner for a conveyor belt. Segments that are arranged in a line to obtain the optimal length are connected together with two dowels to ensure a continual helix.
