<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack wherein its partition altering work can be performed on its front-surface side, and a necessary number of the upper and lower guiding members of its side-surface aperture and a necessary number of the partition boards of its rack coupling portion are so reduced as to be able to cut down the number of its components. <P>SOLUTION: Rail portions 2a are formed by overhanging both the right and left end edges of a ceiling board 2 of the rack 1, and rails are formed by overhanging the right and left end edges of a bottom board of the rack 1. A plurality of rails 8 are fastened to right and left side-surface boards 4 of the racks 1. Each partition board 9 is provided in an insert-able and removable way in each space formed by the rails 2a, the rails 8, and the side-surface boards 4 when coupling to each other the plurality of racks 1. Each inserting port of each partition board 9 is covered with the closed end of each door 5 of the left rack 1 and with the opening end of each door 5 of the right rack 1.
