<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which uses a new information and telecommunications system. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with an ID terminals, assigned with individual IDs having communication functions; a service management company 13 for managing issuance of the individual IDs, managing passwords for the individual IDs, and providing and managing a variety of services to the owners of terminals with the IDs; and an information management company 14 for providing current positional information of the ID terminals to the service management company 13. The service management company 13 receives the current positional information of the ID terminals from the information management company 14 and manages the actions of owners of the ID terminals. Consequently, when a user, having an individual ID and the password (the owner of the ID terminal), registers to the service management company 13 for providing a variety of services, the service management company 13 can obtain positional information of the user from the information management company 14, and the user is provided with a variety of services. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
