PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic teller machine such that the inner side of a machine housing can be cooled and warmed while dust is stopped from entering the inner side. SOLUTION: A heat exchanging means 201 is provided at an inner wall part of the sealed housing 202 and a heating means 301 such as a heater for heating the heat exchanging means is provided in or nearby the heat exchanging means 201; and air blowing means 203a and 203b suck the air in the housing whose heat is exchanged by the heat exchanging means 201 to forcibly circulate the air in the housing 202, thereby cooling or warming the inner side of the housing 202.
