PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device fixing device capable of accurately positioning and fixing an optical device. SOLUTION: A base part 22 on which a semiconductor laser 41 is fixed is placed on the holding part 121 of the optical device fixing device 101, and a reference optical axis 5 is decided by the laser 41. Solder is applied and fused in the groove of the base part 22. A collimator lens 42 supported by a supporting arm 61 capable of relatively moving along three moving axes perpendicular with each other to the holding part 121 and relatively turning around three turning axes perpendicular with each other is carried to the groove of the base part 22. A light beam from the laser 41 is guided to an image pickup part 7 through the lens 42, and the lens 42 is accurately positioned and fixed with respect to the optical axis 5 based on an image showing the state of the acquired light beam in the device 101.
