PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to suitably use a medical instrument by motivating the user to learn a method of handling the medical instrument and increasing the rate of participation in the education of the method of handling the medical instrument. SOLUTION: In addition to a plurality of products (medical instruments) 104, a medical institution 100 such as a hospital has, for example, a personal computer (PC) 102 connected to the Internet 101, and the PC 102 is connected to a service center 103 which issues a password permitting each of the products (medical instruments) 104 to be used on the basis of the degree of the user's understanding of the handling method for the products (medical instruments) 104 through electronic education, so that an education system for handling the medical instrument is structured by the PC 103 and service center 103.
