MULTI-SENSOR HEAD AND PRINT QUALITY CONTROLLING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the quality information of a printed matter more accurately by using information acquired from respective sensor heads mutually for complementing the weakness of each sensor head. SOLUTION: A multi-sensor head is provided, where the head has a means for comparing a measurement value determined from a wide-band measurement type sensor head having a long life with a measurement value determined from a narrow-band high-resolution type sensor head having a short life in time series for correcting by the element life of the sensor head having a short life and for allowing a quality control system to have an always constant measurement state.
