PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer part which is used for clamping a ship fishing rod and does not permit the rotation of the ship rod, even when the clamp is somewhat loosely fastened. SOLUTION: The spacer part 1 comprises a cylindrical portion 1a made from a synthetic resin such as a rubber, an elastomer, polyvinyl chloride, or a fiber-reinforced resin, and flanges 1b, 1b formed at both ends. Protruded portions 1e, 1f are formed on the inner circumferential side 1c and outer circumferential side 1d of the cylindrical portion 1a. The protruded portions 1e of the inner circumferential side 1c are formed at positions at an angleβof 45°on the right, left, upper and lower sides of a vertical lineαpassing through the center of the cylindrical portion 1a. The protruded portions 1f of the outer circumferential side 1d are formed at positions at an angleβof≤45°, desirably 35°, on the right, left, upper and lower sides of the vertical lineαpassing through the center of the cylindrical portion 1a. The spacer part 1 fit to the outer circumference of the ship fishing rod 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
