Method and device for analysis of the movement of a vibrating floor upon which a patient stands. On the sides of the vibrating floor are at least two marking points, whose positions are detected with a stationary movement measurement system. The position of at least one further virtual point on the plate, apart from that of the two marking points, is calculated and continuously monitored.
