<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component having an anti-aging activity and a nutrition supplemental food containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the nutrition supplemental food is provided by culturing yeast cells in the presence of an alternating electric field having a specific frequency and specific electric field strength for a sufficient period to acquire an anti-aging effect and producing a composition containing the yeast cells as the nutrition supplemental food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
