<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag panel for an automobile having a high decorative effect while a beautiful painting by a decorative sheet is applied, wherein the joining strength between the decorative sheet and a base material is high, and in addition, broken pieces when the airbag is expand-developed are not sharp, and there is no fear for a secondary disaster such as an injury of a driver or a passenger, and of which safety characteristics are high. <P>SOLUTION: For the decorative sheet 2, a transparent resin sheet layer 21 made of an acrylic based resin or a polyolefin based resin, a picture printing ink layer 23, a base material sheet layer 24 made of a polyolefin based resin, and a backer layer 25 made of a polyolefin based resin are laminated in this order from the front side.
