<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new primer usable for a gene amplification reaction for detecting carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). <P>SOLUTION: The primer for amplifying a nucleic acid is the one for detecting the CEA, and contains an oligonucleotide containing five or more continuous bases selected from a region from 1,900th to 2,200th of a specific base sequence and a region of the complementary chain thereof, or an oligonucleotide having a sequence selected from another specific base sequence or a complementary chain or the like of the oligonucleotide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
