PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector and a mounting structure of the same which makes the mounting of the shield connector on an electronic equipment or the like easy, and capable of easily realizing electric connection of a shield member with the electronic equipment or the like. SOLUTION: Of the shield connector made by fitting a shield member at an outer periphery of an inner housing of an insulating housing equipped with the inner housing and an outer housing, the inner housing is provided with a housing extension part extended further backward from a rear end face of the outer housing, and the shield member is provided with a shield extension part extended along an outer periphery of the housing extension part. A screw part is formed to the outer periphery of the housing extension part, and the nut is electrically connected with the shield extension part by screwing the nut to the housing.
