PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curing resin composition, especially, an ultraviolet-curing resin composition which, when applied to a substrate and photocured, can form thereon a coating film having followability in molding owing to excellent elongation, has such excellent heat resistance as to lessen yellowing even upon long-time heating and can give a cured product reduced in residual odor. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curing resin composition comprises (A) a urethane acrylate produced by using as essential components an isocynate compound containing an aliphatic isocyanate compound and an alicyclic isocyanate compound in a molar ratio of 80/20 to 20/80, a polyol compound comprising an ester polyol, an ether polyol, or a polycarbonate polyol, and a hydroxy group-containing acrylate compound, (B) an acrylate reactive diluent, and (C) a photoinitiator.
