PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shielding film which is advantageous in cost and has excellent performances, a heat-shielding glass plate on which the heat-shielding film is formed, and a heat-shielding laminated glass using the same. SOLUTION: The heat-shielding film has translucency and is characterized in that a main matrix component is a resin, ITO fine particles and/or ATO fine particles having an average particle diameter of≤200 nm are dispersed in the matrix, the film thickness is at least 1μm and the surface resistance is at least 1 MΩ/square. The heat-shielding glass plate and the heat-shielding laminated glass are obtained using the heat-shielding film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
