PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing packing for use in food utensils, which enables the application of a minus ion emitting material to the food utensils, and a food utensil using the packing. SOLUTION: The sealing packing containing the minus ion emitting material is provided for use in the food utensils. The minus ion emitting material is composed of minus ion ceramic fine granules.
