PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which uses a material other than a vinyl chloride resin-based material, has proper flexibility, wear resistance, scratch resistance, chemical resistance and high heat resistance or the like, and shows a high temperature lamination strength higher than heretofore. SOLUTION: An anchor coat layer comprising a urethane-based anchor coat agent of an isocyanate-curing type, an adhesive resin layer comprising a polypropylene resin modified by an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride and a polypropylene resin layer, are at least laminated in this relative order on a substrate sheet comprising a non-vinyl chloride resin-based material. An epoxy-based resin is added to the urethane-based anchor coat agent of an isocyanate-curing type. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
