PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a required space and surely support a roll input applied to the power plant, when elastically supporting the power plant by a side member of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A mount member 30 makes the side member 2 of the vehicle support the power plant 1. In the mount member 30, an end part 31 of a supporting member 33 is fixed to the power plant 1 and a shaft part 32 at the other end is arranged within an outer cylinder 34, an insulator 35 is provided between the shaft part 32 and the outer cylinder 34, a flat plate shaped bracket 36 mounted on the outer cylinder 34 is bolted to an inside surface 37 of the side member 2, and a shaft center of the shaft part 32 and the outer cylinder 34 is constituted to be a vehicle width direction.
