PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft elastomer mosaic tile having a soft touch at contact, causing no damage, freely stickable to and separable from an optional place a number of times, and allowing the change of a design and a pattern a number of times. SOLUTION: This mosaic tile is constituted of a polyurethane resin obtained by chemically reacting a raw material with soft elastomer, for example, polyol and organic polyisocyanate, and is constituted by using a secondary or tertiary higher monoalcohol as a tackifier in a part of the polyol having a main component of the polyol having 2.4 to 3.0 of a functional group and molecular weight of 3,000 to 6,000, and is constituted of the soft elastomer having an Hs (rubber) hardness of 30 to 3, having a low elastic modulus, deformable by small stress, reduced in residual stress by deformation, and superior in deformation following property.
