An optoelectronic transmitter and an optoelectronic receiver are mounted on the semiconductor structure. The optoelectronic transmitter and the optoelectronic receiver are set up for optoelectronic signal transmission within the semiconductor element, are optically coupled to one another and are optically decoupled from their environment by an optical filter element.
