<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system which realizes labor saving in processes from an estimate request concerned with an article sales transaction or the like up to its order by electronically processing the above processes through a network, anonymous transactions while easily realizing competitive estimates, and keeps the secrecy and safety of the transaction, and is provided with a value as an advertisement medium. <P>SOLUTION: Simple operation is realized by the Internet, World Wide Web browser and so on. Anonymous transactions, secrecy of the transactions, etc. are realized by equipping a program provided in a server or the like or a data set for recognizing an individual and/or each transaction.
