<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary kiln-type ash melting furnace discharging melted ash by a batch method, and to provide an incineration system obtained by connecting an incineration furnace and the ash melting furnace. <P>SOLUTION: In this rotary kiln type ash melting furnace wherein the ash charged inside from an incineration ash charging port 25 formed on a closed end part 10a of the rotary kiln 10 closed at its one end part and opened at the other end part, to be heated and melted by a combustion burner 30 and discharged, the combustion burner 30 is mounted oppositely to the incineration ash charging part 25 so that the flame is injected to the inside from an opening part 10b of the opened side end part, and the combustion gas in the furnace is returned to the combustion burner side to be discharged. The rotary kiln 10 has a furnace length L within a range of 1-2.9 times of a furnace inner diameter D. The incineration ash discharged from the incineration furnace 50 is guided to the ash melting furnace 10, and the discharged gas from the ash melting furnace 10 is introduced to an incinerator 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
