PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an AF module mounting device capable of aligning the position adjusting direction of an AF module supported on a mirror box with the advancing direction of subject light for AF in a single lens reflex camera where the advancing direction of the subject light for AF reflected by a sub mirror is not orthogonal to the lower surface of the mirror box. SOLUTION: In the AF module mounting device for the single lens reflex camera, the AF module directly mounted on the lower surface of the mirror box in the conventional manner is mounted through a mounting bracket being a separate member from the mirror box. Thus, the AF module mounting device capable of aligning the position adjusting direction of the AF module supported on the mirror box 10 with the advancing direction of the subject light for AF in the single lens reflex camera where the advancing direction of the subject light for AF reflected by the sub mirror 21 is not orthogonal to the lower surface of the mirror box 10 is obtained.
