PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a concrete form and a manufacturing method therefor, which improve mold release characteristics, durability and the number of the possible cases of repeated use by firmly bonding a polyolefine resin film to a woody base plate. SOLUTION: This panel (1) for the concrete form is constituted by laminating the polyolefine resin film (3) on the surface of the woody base plate (2) through the use of an aqueous isocyanate-based adhesive (4). The panel (1) is characterized in that an adhesive surface of the resin film (3) is wholly formed as a rough surface and treated in such a manner that a wetting index is set at 35-60 mN/m.
