PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which reduces trouble for a user when moved via a place such as tunnel or the mountains where a communication status is adverse. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus is provided with a location detecting part 207 for detecting device's own location, a communication status preserving part 202 for preserving communication status data 202a with contents indicating radio communication statuses in respective locations, a prediction part 204 for estimating the location of a communication apparatus 200 after the lapse of predetermined time based upon the location detected by the location detecting part 207 and predicting the radio communication status in the location while referring to the communication status data 202a, and a predictive processing part 205 for performing processing for coping with disconnections of communications occurring when the radio communication status becomes adverse.
