PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing brush which has high washing performance to dirt, the tip of which is splittable by subdivision, and which securely washes dirt on a surface to be washed. SOLUTION: A car or road surface washing brush is formed with a plurality of brush pieces on the outer peripheral part of a rotary shaft. The brush piece is obtained by forming a thermoplastic resin into a cylindrical film body and squeezing the periphery of the cylindrical body into a substantially rod-shaped body.
