PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet for inside of a car which is capable of using at any place without toilet during driving on business and for leisure. SOLUTION: In a raised bottom box shape lid 1 of the portable toilet 5 for inside of a car, a large mat 4 of the same shape as a mat 3, 3 having thick back and thin front for flattening an auxiliary seat of car is put in for laying properly. Sponge 6 is lined on lower part inside the portable toilet 5 for inside of car, a motor-driven vibrator 8 is placed in the center of the lower part, and a toilet seat 9 with a lid 10 is put in a toilet tank 7. The lid 10 of the toilet seat 9 has a pocket 19 and a ventilation outlet 20 for deodorant. The bottom part of the toilet tank 7 has a ripple-like device for absorbing vibration of a vibrator 8.
