PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the formation accelerating effect of a new bone when an ultrasonic medical treatment for a fracture is performed. SOLUTION: On the peripheral surface of a bar-shape core material 11 of which the distal end part is pointed, a plurality of groove parts 12 and a plurality of protruding line parts 13 are alternately formed in the axial direction, and an uneven part 13a is formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the protruding line parts 13. Also, a sheet 14 is bridged between respective protruding line parts 13. When this nail 15 for osteosynthesis is used for the ultrasonic medical treatment, and an ultrasonic vibration is applied to the nail 15 for osteosynthesis, the sheet 14 resonate in the bone, and work as a vibrating plate. Therefore, compared with a case wherein a conventional nail for osteosynthesis without the sheet 14 is used, the vibration energy is efficiently transmitted to the fracture part, and the bone can be quickly formed.
