PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and favorably wash trays for use in the transportation of eggs without any vast facility investment with small labor. SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of paired parallel lateral rack shafts 9 are laid between opposite side frames 6 and the trays 1 are disposed with their one corners facing downward oppositely along the lateral rack shafts 9. The tray is bored with through-holes 4A and through-shafts 12 are made to pass through the through-holes 4A. The side frame 6 is bored with bearing holes 10A for passing through both ends of the through-shafts 12. When cleaning the trays 1, the through-shafts 12 are made to pass through the through-holes 4A and the plurality of trays 1 are horizontally and oppositely disposed along the through-shafts 12.
