PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle sensing device and a torque sensing device which can prevent targets from separating at the time of fixing to a rotor when a plurality of unified targets are used, and prevent a deterioration in the assembly precision of each target to the rotor. SOLUTION: A first target plate 72 and a second target plate 73 are previously fixed in a unified body by using rivets 74. Out of the unified target plates 72 and 73, the one target plate 72 is engaged with an output shaft (rotor) 24 by interference fit. The other (residual) target plate 73 is engaged with the output shaft 24 by gap insertion. The unified target plates 72, 73 are fixed to the output shaft 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
