PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for easily working a metal-ceramic composite having excellent characteristics such as the heat conductivity and the specific Young's modulus at a low cost. SOLUTION: A container and a tool annexed thereto are formed of a material of the melting point of≥800°C. After filling ceramic powder, aluminum, magnesium, and alloy thereof are impregnated by using a forging cast process to obtain the composite. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
