METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REGULATING VOLUME CONSUMPTION OF TRAFFIC OF COMPUTER ENTITIES HAVING ACCESS TO SHARED RESOURCES

The process involves working out volume of traffic between resources and data-processing entities to determine date of current evaluation. A value function of decounting value is compared with the date of current evaluation having a set of threshold values of traffic volume. Instantaneous access to the resource is controlled by the entities for an interval of time following the date of current evaluation. An Independent claim is also included for a system for regulating consumption of a set of data-processing entities in terms of traffic volume.
