An intraocular lens injection instrument, characterized by includes: a cylinder (10, 20) provided with an insertion part (11) which is inserted in an eye through an incision formed in the eye; push-out device (30) which is mounted axially movably in the cylinder to push out an intraocular lens (40) placed in the cylinder to the outside through the insertion part; a friction producing member (50) which is placed in contact with the push-out device to produce a frictional force on the push-out device; and an adjustment member (22, 23, 51a, 51b) which changes the frictional force to be produced by the friction producing member to adjust working pressure needed to move the push-out device. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
