The present invention relates to novel 4-hydroxy derivatives of 5,6,9,10-tetrahydro-10-Ä(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methylÜ-4H-pyrido-Ä3,2,1-jkÜ-carbazol-11(8H)-one with 5-HT3-receptor antagonistic activity. Furthermore, the invention relates to a process for the preparation of the novel derivatives.
