The present invention refers to a panel for bearing and partition PC walls, which is a novel element for a fast-type construction that will enable to solve the housing deficit; for it can be employed in mixed-type modular constructive systems; being a panel that can be used in the edification of horizontal and vertical, familiar and multi-familiar housings of up to five stories; being mixed for using a structure based on castles and chains of reinforced concrete such as the one used by almost the 100% of the construction elements and which in combination with the same PC wall panel absorb all the supporting efforts, as well as the seismic and/or wind pushes that could exist at the construction area. A sandwich-type panel with polystyrene core for bearing and partition walls and used for interiors or exteriors; being a panel with better characteristics for construction which are upgraded in comparison with the materials for existing walls. It is a panel which can be used in partition w alls in case of edifying edifications with a greater number of stories to the ones already mentioned (5 stories), instead of castles and roof slabs, wherein it is required to use a series of columns and beams as supporting elements, whose structural characteristics will determine the respective calculation, which may fulfill with the construction norms operating at the construction site for offering durability, quality and structure of the panels for PC walls, which has to have as a minimum an average useful life regarding other systems.
