PURPOSE: A skimmer is provided to produce high-quality asphalt concrete. CONSTITUTION: The skimmer contains a main body(1) and a frame(6) supporting the main body(1). A large-diameter primary wing part(2) and a small-diameter secondary wing part(4) are fixed to both sides of the main body(1). The primary and secondary wing parts are divided into two parts(2a,2b,4a,4b) respectively. Each hinge shaft(11,13) is interposed to two parts respectively. The lower parts(2b,4b) are coupled to both sides of the main body(1) in the fixed type. The remaining parts(2a,4a) are coupled to both sides of the main body(1) in the unfixed type and fixed to the hinge shafts(11,13) simultaneously. Both ends of each hinge shaft(11,13) are fixed to both sides of the main body(1) rotatively. Each end of the hinge shafts(11,13) is projected through one side of the main body(1). The projected part is coupled to the control knobs(3,5) in one. Each control knob(3,5) is formed on one side of the main body(1) and coupled with fixtures(12,14) which fix the rotated site of the control knob selectively.
