PURPOSE: An aiming apparatus of a head lamp for a vehicle is provided to adjust a reflecting mirror directly by unifying an aiming structure of the head lamp. CONSTITUTION: An aiming ring(5) is installed between a housing(1) of a head lamp and a reflecting face(3) of the head lamp. The aiming ring is installed to the housing of the head lamp to be moved up and down. The reflecting face is installed to the aiming ring to be moved right and left. An adjusting bolt(11) of a vertical angle is equipped to the housing of the head lamp. An adjusting bolt(19) of a horizontal angle is installed to the aiming ring.
