The divider for forming compartments in shelving, furniture or crates comprises a piece of wire (12) which is longer than the desired final length of the divider. This has more than two bends in it and has hooks (14, 16) at each end. These are fixed to the shelves or in the crate so that the wire is compressed. The ends of the wire are displaced from or at an acute angle to the direction of compression of the wire. |
