COMMON LOGIC CIRCUIT TO SUPPORT HOST INTERFACE OF PCMCIA AND CF

PURPOSE: A common logic circuit to support a host interface of the PCMCIA(Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) and the CF+(Compact Flash) is provided to reduce a size of a chip and a number of external pins by using the host interface of the PCMCIA and the CF+ through one common logic. CONSTITUTION: An interface circuit equipped with the N address pins connecting to a host includes an address extending register(111) receiving an M-bit base address from the host, and an adder(112) generating the M-bit address by adding the M-bit base address stored in the address extending register and an N-bit offset address provided from the host. An interface circuit is used as the host interface of the PCMCIA and the CF+.
