MAT POLYAMIDE 6 FIBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Mat polyamide 6 fiber is characterized by containing much titanium dioxide, maintaining workability and physical properties, not having luster and having excellent drapability. A manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: Mat polyamide 6 fiber is characterized by: containing 1.5-2.5wt.% of titanium dioxide based on weight of the fiber; containing 35-95 particles of the titanium dioxide having at least 5μm of length in 50mg of the fiber; and containing 0.1-0.5wt.% of phosphate salt based on the titanium dioxide. The mat polyamide 6 fiber is obtained by the steps of: adding 0.1-0.5wt.% of the phosphate salt to the titanium dioxide in wetting; putting caprolactam with water in controlling concentration to prepare titanium dioxide slurry; and then putting the slurry with naphthalene sulfonate type salt into a fiber polymerizing process.
