PURPOSE: Punching holes are formed along a center part of a film, and the film is folded in a W shape by passing through guides. CONSTITUTION: A punching hole is formed in a certain interval in a film(2) in a transferring process by installing a punch(3), a mark sensor(4) and a controller(5). An upper package guide(7), a lower package guide(8), guides(9,12) and a side guide(10) are mounted to fold the film in a W shape. A lower end sealing device(11) is installed to seal a lower sealing portion of the package bowl.
