WATER REMOVING SYSTEM OF BRAKE BY USING EXHAUST HEAT OF VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A water removing system for a brake by using exhaust heat of a vehicle is provided to optimize an operation of the brake by deciding spouting of heat air according to wet condition of a brake disk, a drum and a lining, to improve safety of driving and to reduce braking distance. CONSTITUTION: A rain sensor is installed to an upper center of a front window and to a brake system(6) to sense quantity of rain. A controller(4) controls an air flow flowing through a heat exchanger(2) to remove water on a brake disk by spouting hot air to a brake module according to a signal of the rain sensor. An operating fluid(2-1) flows through a circulating pipe by using exhaust heat of an exhaust manifold of an engine(7). Hot air is compressed and spouted in an air pump(3) and operated by a controller.
