PURPOSE: A fender panel installing structure for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of a bolt of an installing portion of a fender in an accident and to prevent the bolt of the installing portion from rusting. CONSTITUTION: A hood panel covers an engine room. A fender panel(2) is installed to an upper side of a wheel in a side face of the hood panel. A fender apron panel(4) is installed to an inner lower side of the fender panel with a bolt. A parting portion(20) of the hood panel and the fender panel is formed as a round shape. A combining portion of the bolt for the fender panel and the fender apron panel is folded concavely. A grommet having a foam pad inside covers an upper side of the combining portion.
