PURPOSE: A punched metal vessel is provided in which a cut edge of holes divided by blanking is not formed on the circumferential part of the vessel so that it is not necessary to attach a separate circumference member for safety of user to the vessel, and a manufacturing method of the punched metal vessel is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a punched metal vessel(110) formed by forming a metal sheet on which a plurality of holes(101) are punched and consisted of a concave receiving part(112) and a circumferential part(113) formed at the circumference of the receiving part, the punched metal vessel is characterized in that the circumferential part is integrally extended along the circumference of the receiving part, and the holes are punched only on the receiving part except the circumferential part. The manufacturing method of the punched metal vessel comprises punching and cutting processes of forming the metal sheet into a sheet type semi-processed article by punching and cutting a metal sheet; a drawing process of forming the semi-processed article into a vessel comprising receiving part and circumferential part by press forming a punch part of the semi-processed article in a concave shape; and a curling process of winding or bending the circumferential part in a thickness direction so that a cut cross section formed by the cutting process is not exposed to the outside.
