Anti-stain protector for polished ceramic tiles made of clay and quartzose sand and other similar architechtonic substrates and application procedure with polymerization via ultraviolet radiation

The anti-stain protector is for polished ceramic tiles made of clay with quartzose and other similar architectronic substrates with an application procedure with polymerization via ultraviolet radiation. An aqueous composition for covering is used for sealing of superficial pores and is resistant to dirt, preserving a high degree of shine of the external tile surface. It is easy to eliminate by mechanical procedures of the covering deposited on the surface which remains after its application. The composition comprises a liquid polymer obtained by polymerization of a mixture containing diacrylate of hexanodiol and tri/tetraacrylate of pentaxrytritol or its derivatives; an acrylic monomer (diacrylate of ethyl); a superficial additive (a polydimethylxyloxane, modified with polyester); an anti-foaming agent (alkylbenzene modified with acetate of methoxypropyl); a photo initiator (benzophenone) and an alcoholic, aliphatic dissolvent (methanol). The application comprises drying of the previously polished substrate; application of the organic product by means of a spatula; passage through an ultraviolet radiation tunnel; maturation of the polymer; and elimination of the residual polymer from the surface of the tile, using brushes.
