PURPOSE: A filter element having plural single-terminal pair piezoelectric thin-film resonators, a filter device having the same, a branching filter, and a high frequency circuit are provided to reduce the size and improve power durability by arranging plural single-terminal pair piezoelectric thin-film resonators at a serial arm and a parallel arm. CONSTITUTION: The resonators are allocated at serial arms and parallel arms in a circuit of the filter element. One or more serial arm resonators are formed with single-terminal pair piezoelectric thin-film resonators which are connected in parallel to each other. One or more parallel arm resonators are formed with single-terminal pair piezoelectric thin-film resonators which are connected in parallel to each other.
