Its chemical composition in percentage by weight is as follows: carbon between 0.04 and 0.5, manganese between 0.1 and 2, silicon between 0 and 1, phosphorus between 0 and 1, sulfur between 0 and 1, chrome between 0 and 1, niobium between 0 and 1, titanium between 0 and 1, boron between 0 and 1, aluminum between 0 and 1, molybdenum between 0 and 0.3, vanadium between 0 and 0.25.
