PURPOSE: An SAR(Specific Absorption Rate) measurement system and a measuring method thereof are provided to perform a real-time measurement operation by performing simultaneously a process for operating a measuring target and a process for receiving the position information and measured values from each measurement module. CONSTITUTION: An SAR measurement system includes a fake human body, a plurality of measurement modules, and a measurement controller. The fake human body(10) is formed with tissues and skins. The measurement modules(20) are arranged as patterns in the inside of the fake human body. The measurement modules include an IC for processing the position information and the measured values and it includes an antenna for transmitting a signal of the IC, receiving a frequency signal from the outside to generate the inductive power, and sending an SAR to the IC. The measurement controller(30) is used for receiving the signal from the antenna to process the position information and the measured values of the measurement modules.
